Thursdays, 9:30 – 10:30 am, July 27 – Sept. 14 (8 weeks)
Join instructor Lisa Fell to energize your body and mind. Dynamic creative sequences are based on traditional postures encouraging a strong, efficient body and mind. Emphasis is on strength, stretching, mobility, and breathing. All levels are welcome. Pose options are offered based on the needs of the class. Please bring a yoga mat.
Classes will be held on-site outdoors, weather permitting or under the Barn Terrace tent.
MEMBERS (sign in for your discount!): $96 per 8-week session
NON-MEMBERS: $120 per 8-week session
EACH PARTICIPANT IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A WAIVER (CLICK HERE). PRINT, COMPLETE, AND BRING THIS WAIVER WITH YOU TO YOUR FIRST CLASS.
Upon arrival, please check in at the Visitor Center, where you’ll then be directed to the location of your class.
Drop-ins without pre-registration are welcome as space allows, but to ensure a spot and save time at check-in, we encourage you to sign up beforehand! Please allow some time to register and pay at the Visitor Center before heading to class. First-time drop-in participants are asked to arrive 15 minutes early to class to sign a waiver. Out of consideration to other participants, we cannot admit drop-ins once a class has started. The drop-in fee includes admission to the Arboretum.
