Friday mornings, 9:30-10:30 AM

A series of exercises are performed for one minute at a time targeting the upper body, lower body, core, and cardio. Great for all fitness levels, as you move at your own pace and level of intensity. A well-deserved yoga cool-down with Lisa Fell finishes the class. Please bring a yoga mat.

All classes will be held on-site in the Barn, or outdoors, weather permitting. Your first workout is free with admission to Tyler (non-member admission is $15; feel free to stay for the day after class!). After that, you pay a fee of $15 per in-person class, payable to the instructor at the start of class; multi-class discounts are available from the instructor.

NO REGISTRATION REQUIRED — WALK-INS WELCOME!

Non-members, please allow some time to pay admission at the Visitor Center patio window before heading to class. First-time participants are asked to arrive 15 minutes early to class to sign a waiver.
