Saturday mornings, 8:30-9:30 am
Join instructor Christina Teofilak to draw energy from nature and get strong among our mighty trees. Experience a slower flow class incorporating simple flow sequences suitable for beginners and intermediate levels. Poses will be guided with modifications focused on alignment and gentle movements, along with breath. The class will end in stillness for full-body relaxation, offering you the opportunity to take home all the physical and mental benefits of yoga. Bring your yoga mat, along with any other props to support your practice or help you feel more comfortable, such as blocks, a beach towel or a small blanket.
All classes will be held on-site outdoors. Your first workout is free with admission to Tyler (non-member admission is $15; feel free to stay for the day after class!). After that, you pay a fee of $15 per in-person class, payable to the instructor at the start of class; multi-class discounts are available from the instructor.

Non-members, please allow some time to pay admission at the Visitor Center patio window before heading to class. First-time participants are asked to arrive 15 minutes early to class to sign a waiver.
