Get ready to burn fat and increase lean body mass with instructor Janine Muth! You’ll use a combination of aerobic fitness, high-intensity intervals, and bodyweight strength movements in this bootcamp-style class meant to increase strength and cardio capacity.
All classes will be held on-site outdoors. Your first workout is free with admission to Tyler (non-member admission is $15). After that, you pay a fee of $15 per in-person class, payable to the instructor at the start of class; multi-class discounts are available from the instructor. Sign up to reserve your spot!
