Sunday mornings, 8:30 – 9:30 am
Join instructor Lisa Fell to energize your body and mind. Dynamic creative sequences are based on traditional postures encouraging a strong, efficient body & mind. Emphasis is on strength, stretching, mobility and breathing. All levels are welcome. Pose options are offered based on the needs of the class. Please bring a yoga mat.
All classes will be held on-site outdoors. Your first workout is free with admission to Tyler (non-member admission is $15; feel free to stay for the day after class!). After that, you pay a fee of $15 per in-person class, payable to the instructor at the start of class; multi-class discounts are available from the instructor.
NO REGISTRATION REQUIRED — WALK-INS WELCOME!
Non-members, please allow some time to pay admission at the Visitor Center patio window before heading to class. First-time participants are asked to arrive 15 minutes early to class to sign a waiver.
