Wednesday evenings, 6:30-7:30 PM

Join instructor Lisa Fell to draw energy from nature and get strong among our mighty trees. Sun salutations and creative flow sequences, linking your breath with each movement, energize your mind, body and spirit while creating a moving meditation. Improve your strength, flexibility and melt away tension. All levels welcome. Pose options are offered based on the needs of the class. All you need is your mat.

All classes will be held on-site outdoors. Your first workout is free with admission to Tyler (non-member admission is $15). After that, you pay a fee of $15 per in-person class, payable to the instructor at the start of class; multi-class discounts are available from the instructor. Sign up to reserve your spot!
