Girl Scout Badge Programs at Tyler Arboretum
Our scout programs offer Daisies, Brownies, and Juniors a fun and engaging introduction to the natural world. From hiking our trails, learning about the insect world to creating nature-inspired art, participants will discover the joy of outdoor adventures!

General Information
- Fee: $22 per scout (minimum of 10 scouts or $220). The fee includes admission to the Arboretum for the day, so feel free to stay and explore!
- Group Size: Minimum of 10 scouts / maximum of 24 scouts per program.
- Programs are available on select Saturdays, 12:30 – 2:00 PM, during the academic year. Groups must schedule at least one month in advance to ensure proper planning.
- Programs are held outdoors. Scouts should dress appropriately for the weather and wear closed-toe shoes with good tread. Programs may be postponed due to inclement weather.
- Two volunteer educators are provided.
- Chaperones (free of charge) must attend to meet Girl Scout program ratios. We regret that siblings cannot be accommodated.

Brownie Programs (1.5 hours)

Junior Programs (1.5 hours)

- Please include the number of adults, number scouts, requested date(s) and time(s), which Badge Program(s) you are interested in, and any notes on your group’s mobility or other accessibility accommodations. We recommend submitting your tour request at 1 month in advance.
- Deposit required: A $100 deposit is required upon receipt of your reservation confirmation email. Please contact Joanne Landau, Registrar, at 610-566-9134, ext. 303, to pay your deposit by credit card. The remaining balance will be due when you arrive for your tour, with adjustments made for any absences or additions. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards for balance payments. Please submit one payment for the entire group, as we cannot accept individual payments for group tours.
- Cancellation policy: You will receive a full refund, less a $25 administrative fee, with two weeks’ (14 days) written notice of cancellation. You will forfeit the $100 deposit with less than two weeks’ notice.
