Scout Programs

Tyler is an ideal destination for scout and guide programs, providing a series of year round, fun, outdoor, educational opportunities in which participants can learn about natural living systems through use of the Arboretum’s diverse meadows, woodlands, streams, and ponds.

Scouts take part in a wide range of activities designed to help them advance through a range of scouting levels. All of our programs are hands-on, active, and outdoor focused, with every program led by a trained nature educator.

Our full range of programs and dates are listed below. Please register your troop or your individual scout online, by clicking on the program title. *If a program is full, email rsilvey@tylerarboretum.org to be placed on a wait list.
