FOR ADULTS 18+

Take part in a special Saturday Solstice walk around Tyler Arboretum, soaking up the daylight and savoring the seasonal change. Enjoy a guided wander that is slow-paced and sensory-focused, centered on the practice of Shinrin-Yoku (“forest bathing”) and experiencing the healing power of nature. Participate in a guided sensory meditation, nature invitations, and prompts for sharing and reflection, and end with a tea tasting and light snacks.
