FOR ADULTS 18+
Join us for a Saturday Wellness Walk around Tyler Arboretum, soaking up the daylight and savoring the winter season. This guided wander will be slow-paced and sensory-focused, centered on the practice of Shinrin-Yoku, or “forest bathing,” and the healing power of nature. This walk will include a guided sensory meditation, nature invitations, prompts for sharing and reflection, and ending with a tea tasting and light snacks.
Guide Bio: Stacey Vinci is a Certified Forest Therapy Guide through the Association for Nature and Forest Therapy and a Licensed Therapist in PA, NY, and NJ.
