Join instructor Lisa Fell to energize your body and mind. Dynamic creative sequences are based on traditional postures, encouraging a strong, efficient body and mind. Emphasis is on strength, stretching, mobility, and breathing. All levels are welcome. Pose options are offered based on the needs of the class. Please bring a yoga mat.
Classes will be held on-site outdoors, weather permitting or under cover.
MEMBERSÂ (sign in for your discount!):Â $96 per 8-week session; $15 per single class
NON-MEMBERS:Â $120 per 8-week session; $20 per single class
EACH PARTICIPANT IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A WAIVER (CLICK HERE). PRINT, COMPLETE, AND BRING THIS WAIVER WITH YOU TO YOUR FIRST CLASS. Â
Upon arrival, please check in at the Visitor Center, where you’ll then be directed to the location of your class.
Drop-ins without pre-registration are welcome as space allows, but to ensure a spot, sign up beforehand! Please allow some time to register and pay at the Visitor Center before heading to class. First-time drop-in participants are asked to arrive 15 minutes early to class to sign a waiver. Out of consideration to other participants, we cannot admit drop-ins once a class has started. The drop-in fee includes admission to the Arboretum.
