Anemone hupehensis var. japonica ‘Pamina’

Description

‘Pamina’ makes a lovely addition to the fall garden. Masses of bright rose pink petals surround a ring of golden yellow stamens. The 2″ cup-shaped flowers are held well above the foliage on upright branching stems in late summer, often until frost.

Prefers humus-rich soils with good drainage. Don’t allow to dry out. Best in part shade as foliage tends to burn in hot sun. Provide protection from wind. Spreads by rhizomes.

Good in perennial borders, cottage gardens, and woodland gardens. Gradually spreads to form colonies.
