Description
Add a tropical feel to your garden with the huge pink, dark-eyed flowers of ‘Lady Baltimore’. The blooms can reach 6-10 inches across and make quite a statement.
At its best in moist, organically rich soil but does well in average soil as long as it is not allowed to dry out. Cut back stems to 3-4 inches in late fall. New growth is slow to emerge in spring but grows vigorously once it starts.
Makes a stunning specimen plant and is good in containers, bog gardens, and at the edges of streams and ponds.
